I’m Jolinda, dedicated to guiding you to be your best. I can help you reach your potential using the important cornerstones of food, fitness, and microbiome health.

As a practitioner of acupuncture, homeopathy, and Chinese herbs, I’ve helped many people overcome health challenges. But time and time again, I saw a pattern—people would BOOMERANG back into their old conditions. I knew something was missing.

Poor health hurts and I felt it in my own body, too. No matter what I tried, I wasn’t getting the deep healing I needed—until I made a dietary shift that changed my life.

I found most of the advice we were fed about healthy eating was wrong and I began to embrace the styles of eating that support true health.

Over time I have developed teaching strategies that are helping individuals attain energy they didn't believe possible.

THE SECRET: Food is important and various combinations of Paleo/Keto/Carnivore can be awesome, but EACH PERSON IS A SPECIAL CASE.
